Fleet Operations makes key senior appointments

Fleet management specialist Fleet Operations has made a number of key appointments in senior roles in line with ongoing business growth.

Since the start of the year, Fleet Operations has achieved revenue growth of 20%.

New additions include Brian James who joins as head of operations, tasked with improving the effectiveness of the organisation to help it deliver on ambitious growth targets.

James was previously fleet and home delivery manager at Well Pharmacy, where he implemented initiatives expected to deliver £990k in savings.

In addition, Quentin Jendrzewski has been brought in as lead developer as part of the company’s ongoing software development strategy. Jendrzewski has significant expertise in website programming and database design and management having worked for a number of start-ups and established projects in the IT sector.

And Rebecca Burnell has joined as senior account manager, bringing more than 13 years’ experience in outsourced contract hire working with several top leasing companies.
