Fiat Chrysler contract hire division awards deal to Fleet Assist
FGA Contracts UK is further developing its customer service offering as it seeks to expand its fleet over the coming months and the deal with Fleet Assist provides it with a service booking facility to ensure its customers are directed to the most appropriate network service point. Among the key benefits are pre-agreed terms and conditions, pricing and service standards with quality management and performance monitoring.
FGA Contracts UK will also be utilising Fleet Assist’s technical authorisation team to validate all SMR work undertaken and will be directing calls via the company’s out-of-hours service, outside of normal working hours.
Furthermore, FGA Contracts UK and its customers have become one of the first Fleet Assist clients to benefit from the company’s launch of its Downtime Management Tool, which is designed to maximise the uptime of vehicles thus improving fleet operating efficiencies.
