The modules, which as well as providing training also ask questions on key topics, now include the ability to export the driver responses so that fleet managers can pinpoint where drivers may need further support.

‘We have a suite of fifteen driver training modules,’ said Jonathan Mosley, E-Training World’s director of sales and marketing. ‘Each module asks the driver questions on key topics and then provides training through answers and explanations.

‘Fleet managers can now export the answers to identify the gaps in driver knowledge, enabling them to pinpoint with even greater clarity than before where future training interventions should be made.’

E-Training World’s e-driver training modules cover topics such as rear end collisions, parking and manoeuvring, vehicle checks, mobile phones, speed awareness, adverse weather conditions, hazard perception, UK road signs and markings, eco-driving, road rage and so on.

It offers companies the chance to provide very specific web-based training based upon the outcome of a driver’s risk assessment.
