DPF Clean Team launches online shop to help fleets save on DPF replacement

The firm is now offering aftermarket replacements which make regeneration easier, as well as catalytic converters and SCR silencer units, as a convenient alternative solution for rare occasions when filters are unable to be cleaned once blocked.

A recent survey from the company found that fleet managers are paying more attention to their DPFs, catalytic converters and SCR silencer units, with DPF Clean Team reporting a 20% increase in the number of fleet enquiries received this year compared to 2014.

Cameron Bryce, director at DPF Clean Team, explained: "Having cleaned DPFs for over six years we have an incredibly high success rate, and are able to clean 99% of all DPFs, catalytic converters and silencers that are bought to us. However, once the filter element becomes broken, a component cannot be cleaned and the alternative is often a costly replacement.

“Using our many years of expertise in diesel vehicles, we have sourced a different option, which is more cost effective and efficient than many OEM replacements. With the launch of our online shop, we have moved closer to offering a complete, one-stop solution for all DPF related issues."

He added: "All the DPFs, catalytic converters and silencers from our shop are carefully selected by us, ensuring they meet our own strict criteria. We offer a wide range of DPFs, and can even source specific makes and models if the DPF isn't already in stock. Not only is it more cost effective than purchasing a replacement filter from other sources, but ordering a replacement from us comes with years of expertise and knowledge behind it."
