Derbyshire County Council to streamline fleet with Chevin
Derbyshire County Council is to deploy Chevin’s FleetWave software solution to improve the efficiency of its fleet and workshop operations.

The solution will be used to support some 1,400 vehicles – 800 of which are corporately owned, with an additional 600 maintained on behalf of other organisations including emergency services – and will effectively manage the entire lifecycles of each vehicle and asset within the fleet.
FleetWave will replace the council’s previous out-dated management system and will also be used for additional services including data migration, implementation, training, consultancy, maintenance and ongoing technical support. It will also be integrated with its SAP finance system.
