BP is rolling out a convenient collect and returns service across 300 forecourts in partnership with InPost.

InPost Lockers will be installed at 300 service stations across the UK

After a successful trial, InPost Lockers will be installed at service stations across the UK, including prominent locations such as Wandsworth, Glasgow, Ashford and Brentwood.

Customers will now be able to optimise their visits, whether that’s collecting a delivery whilst filling up with fuel or returning a parcel when picking up something for dinner at a forecourt M&S Food store.

The trials, which saw thousands of parcels processed across five locations, highlighted clear demand from consumers for such a convenience-enhancing solution.

Sonya Adams, VP mobility and convenience retail UK at BP, said: “We know how precious time is for our customers and we are always looking for strong, compelling offers to meet their mobility and convenience needs — and make their lives that little bit easier. This trial has shown that customers on-the-move are looking for delivery solutions and I’m excited to see the rollout of InPost Lockers starting across our UK network of great roadside locations.”
