For no additional cost, Avis Prestige customers will now be able to collect their vehicle at any of Heathrow’s terminals. Customers will be greeted in the arrivals hall, irrespective of what time of day or night it is and will be escorted to their vehicle, without having to wait in line or taking a courtesy bus.

Avis staff will also assist customers with their luggage, deal with any questions about the vehicle and even help set up the satellite navigation for the onward journey.
