The business runs a nationwide repair network of more than 500 workshops across the UK and the new recruits are responsible for optimising the network and developing strong relationships with repairers and customers.

The fleet engineers will work collaboratively to provide true nationwide network management coverage and to ensure the delivery of the highest quality service to ARI’s customers, particularly in regard to compliance event management, downtime minimisation and cost control.

ARI said the engineers’ extensive knowledge of regulatory inspections, service and maintenance requirements would bring further value to existing and new customers.

Matt Cranny, ARI’s operations director, added: “Our business is growing and we believe it is important that we have a strong presence out in the field engaging with our repair network. These appointments represent a significant investment in this area which will enable us to engage and communicate the needs of our customers across all vehicle and asset types across the whole of the UK.”
