All Fleet Services wins Europcar Contract

The rental giant runs a 50,000-strong vehicle fleet from 270 locations across the UK and chose All Fleet Services – a specialist in providing contact centre solutions to the fleet automotive industry – to address the challenge of dealing with downtime.

All Fleet Services has created a dedicated call handling facility to manage all aspects of replacement tyre requirements for Europcar customers. The dedicated team handle all tyre requests, log details and assess each situation. With the customer having all the relevant information to make an informed decision, the Europcar-branded team then makes all the necessary arrangements to get them back on the road as quickly as possible. The result has been increased utilisation of the Europcar fleet and minimised costs to the customer.

Chris Hart, sales director at All Fleet Services, said: ‘Europcar is a leading name in the rental sector and it has been a fantastic opportunity for All Fleet Services to use our industry expertise to add value to an already successful brand. Europcar is taking a long-term approach to the customer experience, investing in a service that delivers clear benefits for both the business and its customers.’

Ken McCall, managing director, Europcar UK Group, added: ‘Throughout the planning and implementation of this significant project, All Fleet Services has maintained outstanding levels of communication together with very close attention to detail. The project was delivered on time without any issues and the working relationship continues to grow with further projects and plans being considered.’
