Activa Contracts appoints sales and marketing director in line with expansion plans

The business, a division of Arnold Clark Finance Ltd, moved into larger offices in Milton Keynes earlier this year as it looks to expand its fleet operation across England and Wales. 

Arnold Clark Finance has more than 50,000 company cars and vans under lease and fleet management, including Activa Contracts’ 7,000 vehicles, and is the UK’s seventh largest contract hire and leasing company. 

Lisa Temperton joined Activa Contracts as telemarketing manager more than a decade ago. Since then she has been on the promotion ladder becoming an area sales manager and then southern regional sales manager before being appointed head of sales and marketing earlier this year. 

Temperton’s responsibilities include managing a newly installed business development team targeted with building relationships with clients, creating leads and setting appointments. 

Temperton, who is vice chairman of the East Anglia Region of ACFO, is also responsible for Activa Contracts’ social media presence, online platform, sales team’s tools, point of sale material and customer product awareness in conjunction with the company’s in-house marketing executive.
