Using Fleet Bureau significantly reduces the number of physical PCNs that Zenith receives and has to deal with manually

Fleet Bureau has been designed as a cost-effective solution for processing PCNs that’s said to deliver a measurable return on investment. The system provides access to Taranto’s VRM database, containing details of over one million fleet vehicle registrations, helping to reduce manual processing.

Zenith is using Fleet Bureau to support its back-office processing related to parking penalty charges. Fleet Bureau minimises manual processing by automating the exchange of PCN details between the issuing authority and hire and lease companies.

Taranto Parking Enforcement Solutions are used by some of the largest issuing authorities in the UK. Using Fleet Bureau significantly reduces the number of physical PCNs that Zenith receives and has to deal with manually on a daily basis. It also reduces errors, which in turn, saves time and money for fleet companies.

Gilly Brook, Zenith’s head of shared services, said: “We’re committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and ensuring their fleet can run as efficiently as possible, so Fleet Bureau is a real asset for our administration team. Not only has it streamlined the processing of PCNs, it’s reduced the need for manual intervention which has improved both ways of working and accuracy.”
