Zenith appoints new head of operations

Zenith has appointed Nicola Escreet as its new head of operations, replacing Dave Tanner who recently retired.

Escreet will take responsibility for the strategic vision for the company’s operations plan and proposition to help ensure Zenith remains at the forefront of the changes across its sector.

Managing around 80 colleagues across Zenith’s operational teams, she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, along with responding to external influences and trends, such as powertrain developments.

Escreet commented: “It’s such an exciting time in operations, with a number of key system developments and the continued powertrain shift towards battery electric vehicles.

“I’m looking forward to working alongside our brilliant team to help shape Zenith’s future plans, with a continued focus on efficiency, innovation and delivering a first-class customer experience.”

Anthony Dowdall, operations director at Zenith, said: “Nicola has been an integral part of the company since she joined almost two decades ago. She’s well respected and valued by Zenith colleagues, and I’m confident that with her experience she’s the right person to help take our Operations function to the next level and will ultimately help to provide positive outcomes for our customers.”
