WNS Assistance relocates to new Ipswich premises
The new offices are based in the heart of Ipswich and provide WNS with enhanced facilities and the opportunity to expand to service new business wins as well as fitting in with staff wishes to remain located close to the town centre.
The office move represents one of a number of large-scale investments WNS is making in the business during 2013 and demonstrates parent company WNS Global Services’ commitment to future growth in WNS Assistance. The move comes in the company’s 25th anniversary year and accompanies significant investment in new IT platforms that will be delivered over the next 12 months.
Both the premises and technology investments further enhance WNS’ ability to deliver a seamless service from two multi-skilled operational motor centres in Ipswich and Manchester that offer clients optimum business continuity resilience and a truly flexible modular service for all aspects of the claims and repair process.
WNS Assistance managing director Tim Rankin said: ‘WNS are committed to remaining in Ipswich in the long-term to draw from the wealth of skilled claims handling experience available in the city. 2013 is proving to be a very exiting year for our business, as we celebrate 25 years in the industry, as well as a number of new client wins and technology developments. The move to Assistance Court provides us with the scope to continue to grow our business and provide claims service excellence to our clients and their drivers.’
