Vauxhall Insignia gains 197bhp petrol engine
The Vauxhall Insignia is now available to order with a new 197bhp 1.6-litre direct injection turbo petrol engine.

Priced from £25,610 OTR, the Insignia 1.6-litre Direct Injection Turbo offers provisional official combined fuel economy of 44.8mpg and CO2 emissions of 146g/km for the Grand Sport model along with a top speed of 146mph and 0-60mph in 7.2 seconds. It’s also available for the Sports Tourer body style.
The engine features a Gasoline Particulate Filter and meets the Euro 6d-TEMP emissions standard, which comes into force for all new registrations in September 2019.
