Dubbed “FleetSmart”, the product offers a wide range of cars and vans in a package that can be tailored to suit business needs for all sizes of organisation.

There’s no commitment to specific hire periods so businesses can add, change or reduce their fleet at any time without penalty, enabling them to manage their fleet according to fluctuating business needs and seasons.

This includes SMEs, which are a particular focus of the company.

Nigel Schroder, managing director of trg Vehicle Hire, commented: ‘Small businesses are the lifeblood of the UK economy, and more than ever cash-flow has become vital to them. Our aim is to provide real flexibility for clients; we don’t insist on long-term commitments and minimum notice periods – we want to help protect their all-important cashflow.’

The FleetSmart package includes trg Assistance, which provides a full national breakdown service for accident and damage to reduce downtime and ensure the operations of trg’s customers continue to run as smoothly as possible.
