TCH Leasing rolls out Jaama Key2 system fleet-wide

TCH Leasing has deployed Jaama’s Key2 asset management platform to support its 9,000-strong fleet of contract hire, fleet management and salary sacrifice vehicles.

Key2 will support TCH’s entire 9,000-strong fleet of contract hire, fleet management and salary sacrifice vehicles

The entire system was implemented remotely via Zoom during the pandemic, including training for up to 50 TCH system users, and will support the firm’s diverse fleet needs and challenges. It contains an up-to-date list of hybrid and electric cars available, enabling customers to generate quotes on the very latest cars and to order against a number of different parameters depending on the funding and fleet type.

Mark Hammond, TCH Leasing joint managing director, explained: “We work to the ethos of one-size-does-not-fit-all when it comes to vehicle leasing. We work with several different types of fleets from SMEs to blue chip companies as well as public sector customers. We also run a small brokerage and daily rental operation while around 15-20% of our fleet is made up of light commercials.

“Add to that a newly launched salary sacrifice scheme and you can appreciate how diverse our fleet is and the multiple requirements of our customers and their drivers. Jaama’s Key2 system has the power to manage everything within one system and their team understand our different customer’s requirements from quote to order and in-life vehicle management,” he added.

TCH has adopted Key2’s fully integrated accounting module, which enables all accounting processes to be centralised in one system for the first time, while its own app, customer portals and e-signature facility have also been incorporated into Key2.

TCH Leasing is the third contract hire business to roll out Jaama’s technology under the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions in the last 18 months.

Martin Evans, Jaama’s managing director, commented: “There has been a greater focus on software that can bring tangible improvements during the pandemic, and we are pleased TCH has chosen to work with us to future proof the running of its business.”
