Dashcam specialist SureCam is teaming up insurtech firm Concirrus for a new fleet solution that brings automated risk management and helps streamline claims processes.

The Quest Fleet solution sees telematics and video footage from SureCam integrated with Concirrus’ dynamic data analytics platform to provide new insights, enabling fleets to automate risk management processes, prioritise driver coaching effectively and optimise First Notification of Loss (FNOL).  This in turn, will reduce insurance costs and improve profitability.

The solution is open to both larger and self-insured customers who can directly access the platform and smaller fleets that may be traditionally insured and can access the platform via their insurer.
