SureCam and Concirrus team up for automated risk management

Dashcam specialist SureCam is teaming up insurtech firm Concirrus for a new fleet solution that brings automated risk management and helps streamline claims processes.

L-R: Justin White, managing director of SureCam with Craig Hollingworth, managing director of motor at Concirrus

The Quest Fleet solution sees telematics and video footage from SureCam integrated with Concirrus’ dynamic data analytics platform to provide new insights, enabling fleets to automate risk management processes, prioritise driver coaching effectively and optimise First Notification of Loss (FNOL).  This in turn, will reduce insurance costs and improve profitability.

The solution is open to both larger and self-insured customers who can directly access the platform and smaller fleets that may be traditionally insured and can access the platform via their insurer.

Justin White, managing director at SureCam, said: “We recognise that fleet operators find it difficult to manage and prioritise the vast amount of data available through telematics and video footage. Therefore, we needed to determine how we could harness advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to facilitate automation of processes, improve data analysis and help alleviate the operational burden for our customers.  With a cutting-edge technology platform, easy to use interface and a solid team of data scientists, partnering with Concirrus was a natural choice for us and we’re very excited to take this game-changing solution to market.”
