Smart Fleet Solutions pushes ahead with growth plans

The business, which is part of Shrewsbury-based dealership firm, Greenhous Group (Holdings) Ltd, offers a range of services, including remarking under its grs brand and affinity sales through the Smart Vehicle Sales division. The firm also delivers a range of technical services, handling in excess of 100,000 vehicles via its network of technical centres.

Recent changes include the launch of a new HQ and the acquisition of a new Technical Centre in Scotland to add to its five existing sites in the past month.

In line with its growth programme, Smart Fleet Solutions has promoted Sue Bennett, formerly head of HR, to HR director, and appointed her to the board as it continues its growth programme.

SFS has also made appointed recruitment partner Lindsey Heath and training partner Simon Osborne. Two further employees, Alana Rowland and Mike Rduch have been promoted to become HR business partners.

Sue Bennett said: “The past year has seen Smart Fleet Solutions undergo massive growth, recruiting new staff across the business, acquiring and launching new technical centres and most recently investing in a new national headquarters to relocate centralized services and better service the business.

“It’s been a very exciting time and this restructure is the culmination of months of hard work in helping to expand and develop the business. We are proud of how far Smart Fleet Solutions has come in the past 12 months and particularly of the excellent reputation we have established and maintained within that time.

“We have ambitious plans to continue the expansion of the business and are looking to recruit at all levels to ensure we can.”
