The latest models are accessible through the programme to individuals receiving the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance.

The brand says the models bring high levels of practicality and interior space coupled with a nil Advance Payment on selected variants.

The five-door Rapid Spaceback hatch offers boot space of up to 1,380 litres along with class-leading headroom and rear legroom and Skoda’s “Simply Clever” storage solutions in the cabin. The range includes a GreenLine II model that delivers fuel economy of up to 74.3mpg.

Meanwhile, the new Yeti line-up now offers two versions: Yeti and Yeti Outdoor. Both models offer a high driving position, good all-round visibility in addition to a large interior and boot space of up to 1,580 litres. Buyers can select either a manual or DSG gearbox and the GreenLine II model, which provides fuel consumption of up to 67.3mpg on S, SE and Elegance trim levels. There’s also the option of four-wheel drive on the Yeti Outdoor.

Andy Thomas, sales operations – rental and Motability manager at Skoda UK, commented: ‘The addition of the new Rapid Spaceback and updated Yeti to the Scheme further reinforces our practical and affordable offering for Motability customers. Our full model range provides all-important space, versatility and an abundance of technology, designed to provide an enjoyable and comfortable experience for drivers and passengers.

‘Furthermore, each of our 134 retailers in the UK is accredited and trained to accommodate Motability drivers and any vehicle adaptation requests they may have.’
