Announced at the same time as the new Fabia Combi, the 18-model Fabia range arrives in the UK in January and is offered in three trim levels: S, SE and Elegance.

Entry-level S models include six airbags, DAB digital radio, Bluetooth, Stop/Start and electric front windows as standard, while SE models (from £12,760 OTR) add manual air-conditioning, alloy wheels, Front assist, Arkamys surround sound package and Bolero radio with telephone control, Mirror Link, USB and SD card connections. SE models also include a three-spoke leather steering wheel, height adjustable driver and passenger seat and a Maxi-DOT trip computer. Range-topping Elegance models (from £13,610 OTR) add even more features including, 16-inch alloy wheels, climate control air-conditioning, Light assistant, cruise control and KESSY – keyless entry system.

The new Fabia features a bold new look, advanced practicality, greater efficiency and a host of Simply Clever innovations. Utilising advanced MQB platform architecture, the new Fabia is larger and stronger than its predecessor but weighs up to 65kg less. This significant reduction, along with the introduction of cleaner EU6-compliant engines makes the new Fabia up to 17% more efficient.

The new Fabia also features a new personalisation programme that offers customers the chance to create their perfect car. The Colour Concept system allows owners to become designers, with 15 different body colours, and a number of wheel, roof and exterior mirror colour options. Buyers will also be able to choose from three interior trim styles.

The boot is the largest within the car’s segment. The boot has a capacity of 330 litres (15 litres more than the outgoing model) and is considerably bigger than comparable competitors’ models. With the rear seats folded down, the load capacity increases to 1,150 litres.
