Sixt UK is accelerating its expansion with the launch of new branches in Richmond and Guernsey Airport, and the opening of its refreshed Edinburgh Old Town site.

The new sites offer customers convenient access to Sixt’s premium fleet in key urban and travel hub locations

The new Richmond branch is located on the high street, just a one-minute walk from the train station, and has already proved popular with walk-in customers during its opening week. The premium fleet offering includes several electric vehicles, providing Congestion Charge-exempt options for customers.

Sixt has also made its mark at Guernsey Airport as one of just two onsite car rental providers, delivering convenience for arriving travellers. Catering to visitors from mainland England and nearby France, this new location offers a premium fleet tailored to Guernsey’s upmarket customer base.

Meanwhile, the Edinburgh Old Town branch has reopened for the summer season with a fresh, modern new look, now operating from a newly designed mobile unit. Positioned in the heart of the city’s historic Old Town, just a short stroll from Edinburgh Castle and along a key tourist route, the branch is perfectly placed to capture high footfall from visitors and has already seen a surge in demand since the redesign.

The strategic openings mark the latest milestone in Sixt’s mission to deliver premium, flexible mobility solutions across the UK’s most in-demand cities and travel gateways.
