Silverstone Leasing expands customer care team

Silverstone Leasing has grown its customer care department further with two new members of staff.

The Northamptonshire-based car leasing firm has welcomed apprentice Amber Thorpe to the team, while Emily Harris has also joined the fold, after more than 10 years of working as a customer service advisor in the banking industry.

The arrival of the new members follows the company’s 10-year anniversary earlier this year, alongside its total rebrand and continued team expansion, despite industry challenges from vehicle shortages, Brexit, Covid and the war in Ukraine.

Managing director Scott Norville said: “New staff are imperative to keep up with our company growth and ambition, but fresh blood is also important in order to bring new ideas to the company, increase the skillset of the workforce and increase our capacity to take on new work.

“Also, seeing the company thrive and grow is good for employee morale and mental health, as is bringing in a mix of personalities. Our office is a wonderful place to work, and I enjoy seeing new life coming into our team.”
