Renault Pro+ range streamlined with new trims and price reductions

Renault has revised its light commercial vehicle range for the 2023 model year, introducing new trim lines and reducing the base price by up to £4,600 on many variants.

The update brings base price reductions of up to £4,600 across the range of Trafic, Trafic Passenger, Master van and Master conversions

The line-up will adopt the same model structure as the recently launched Kangoo. As a result, the Trafic Van will be offered in new Start, Advance, Extra and Extra Sport models, while the Master van and conversions will be available in Start and Advance. Trafic Passenger will be offered in Start and Extra trims.

Renault has also cut the base price for many of its light commercial vehicles, with savings of between £3,100 and £4,600, depending on model.

This means the Trafic Van now starts from £25,500+VAT, the Trafic Passenger from £30,000+VAT, and the new Master from £29,750+VAT. The line-up of Master conversions starts with the Chassis Cab at £30,000+VAT.

The streamlining process cuts the commercial range by 38%, reducing the previous offering of 161 separate versions into a core of 100 distinct models.

The brand said the move increases clarity for customers and improves production and constraint management. This in turn helps reduce lead times – ensuring customers can be out on the road quicker.

The simplified model line-up is said to have already proved a popular move for the Kangoo, which opened for orders last month and has seen more than 2,000 orders and pre-orders to date.

The new 2023 Renault Pro+ range is available now to pre-order, with order books open officially on 15 December, ahead of first customer deliveries in Q1 2023.
