The company says the appointment has been made to help the business improve its potential in the fleet market with Skoda’s impressive seven car line-up and outstanding value for money.

Roxburgh brings over 15 years of experience working with Volkswagen Group UK. Starting her career in local business sales for Wayside Volkswagen and Audi, she moved to Audi Central Ordering at Audi’s Milton Keynes headquarters. She was then appointed by Skoda UK, where she set up and managed a fleet support team as the brand expanded its fleet offering.

More recently, she helped to launch the manufacturer’s Fit for Fleet local business sales programme.

Terence Byrne, managing director of Progress Skoda, commented: ‘This is a really exciting time for us here at Progress. In February, Skoda launched the third-generation Skoda Octavia, a car that sets new standards in the compact sector, and the all-new Octavia vRS arrived in our showrooms last month. We have enjoyed remarkable success with the Skoda brand, and Jane’s appointment further strengthens our proposition for business users across all three sites.

‘We are investing in each of our retail sites, refurbishing them in line with Skoda’s innovative new design language, and bringing on experienced and approachable staff like Jane, to ensure a first-class customer experience.’
