Prices and specs revealed for new Peugeot 3008
Peugeot has announced pricing and specification for its new 3008 crossover.
The top-range 3008 brings GT styling, 19-inch diamond cut alloys, Adaptive Cruise Control with stop function, electric tailgate and a panoramic opening glass roof
The replacement to the previous 3008 MPV, the second-generation model is repurposed with bolder SUV styling, a larger boot, latest technology and Peugeot’s i-Cockpit interior design.
Available to order next month, the new model – first displayed at the Paris Motor Show – is priced from £21,795 and is offered in four trim levels: Active, Allure – which is expected to be the best-selling version, GT Line and GT.
All versions feature the i-Cockpit interior along with a configurable 12.3-inch head-up digital instrument panel and 8.0-inch capacitive touch-screen plus electric park brake with Hill Assist. Standard safety features include programmable cruise control and speed limiter, and speed limit recognition and recommendation, AEBS, driver attention alert system.
Petrol engine line-up brings a 128bhp 1.2-litre PureTech three-cylinder turbo, with a six-speed manual or EAT6 automatic transmission and 117g/km, and a 163bhp 1.6-litre THP, which is offered in Allure and GT Line trim with the EAT6 automatic and delivers 129g/km.
Four diesel engines are available, depending on trim level, and cover 99bhp and 118bhp 1.6-litre BlueHDI units plus 148bhp and 178bhp 2.0-litre BlueHDI models. CO2 emissions start from 103g/km.
First deliveries are due from the end of January 2017.
