Nissan fleet director moves to new network development role

Nissan GB is recruiting for a new fleet director as current incumbent Csaba Vincze takes on a new role.

Csaba Vincze moves to the new network development role from 1 April 2023

Vincze, who assumed the fleet position in 2021, will become director of network development and customer quality from 1 April 2023, replacing Spencer Clayton-Jones who leaves after five years at Nissan GB.

He will draw on four years of experience at the carmaker’s UK operations and 12 years’ experience in a variety of roles at Nissan Central & Eastern Europe, including within network development, product marketing and sales.

Andrew Humberstone, managing director of Nissan GB, said: “Our industry is undergoing rapid change and we are now entering a new phase in our network operations. With a wealth of cross-functional and dealer-facing experience, Csaba is ideally placed to lead our network development team during this exciting period for the industry.

“I’d like to thank him for his significant contribution in Fleet, where he has not only maximised the current performance through sales channel optimisation, but also concluded a mid-term fleet strategy with special focus on the dealer network.”

His arrival on the Network Development team follows Nissan’s launch of a revitalised range of electrified vehicles over the last 18 months, including the new Juke Hybrid, Qashqai e-Power plus the all-new X-Trail and fully electric Ariya.

Nissan GB also confirmed that the recruitment process for a new fleet chief is underway and an announcement is expected in the coming weeks.
