Nimesh Chauhan appointed to run Holman’s new BT Group operation

Holman has appointed Nimesh Chauhan as customer success director to oversee its recently won contract with BT Group.

Chauhan brings nearly two decades of experience in the automotive sector, starting at BT where he various positions before moving to Holman in 2017. In his new role, he will lead all aspects of the BT account, drawing on expertise gained from his time at Holman, including his most recent role as director, service delivery.

Holman will provide a range of fleet services to BT Group under its initial seven-year agreement. These include service, maintenance and repair, portfolio management, glass replacement, and pool vehicle/rental management for around 37,000 commercial vehicles.

Chauhan commented: “This contract will set the standard for fleet management in the UK, and my team and I can’t wait to get started.”

Nick Caller, Holman UK managing director, said: “Nimesh has consistently proved to be an inspirational leader, and his experience and expertise in all elements of fleet operation positions him perfectly for this new role.”

Holman is also supporting the BT contract by expanding its operations into Birmingham with a new facility and recruitment for various positions, from leadership to trainee positions.

The partnership between Holman and BT Group is expected to benefit all fleets managed by Holman through developments in innovation, flexibility and exceptional service.
