New Leasedrive Velo initiative ensures hassle-free vehicle servicing
The new service forms an integral part of the latest version of Service:Manager, a key module within its Drive:Manager integrated online fleet management system.
Roddy Graham, commercial director, at Leasedrive Velo, said: ‘The new Service:Manager module is designed to ensure that the servicing and maintenance of company cars is completed as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
‘Once the driver has submitted their service booking request online via Service:Manager, the whole process is managed by us from start to finish and even includes collection and delivery of the car back to office or home. Drivers also have the option to book a courtesy car if required.’
Other main benefits of the new service include:
- An enhanced service provision from a wider range of suppliers;
- The ability to request, amend and cancel service bookings online;
- The facility to view a detailed service history and track progress of the service booking online;
- The provision of SMS and e-mail alerts to confirm receipt of the booking, notification of the allocated service provider and a reminder the day before the service is due.
The service also offer a dedicated team to manage the entire process and make it as hassle-free as possible.
