Motoriety.co.uk has been launched to offer two-way digital verification and review process that creates a secure “AUTObiography” of service and maintenance records for motorists and leasing companies, whilst simultaneously generating ratings and reviews for garages from customers. 

Motorists and fleets users are automatically reminded of timelines for when SMR, insurance, tax and MoTs are needed.

The website is also intended to help benefits dealers by connecting them with relevant customers, already using Motoriety’s free-to-use system to maintain their car’s full online service history, when SMR work is required. 

Once the work is complete, the garage digitally verifies the works completed to the customer’s Motoriety account. In return, Motoriety users rate and review their experience of the garage – at which point the digitally verified work is credited to the user’s AUTObiography. 

Commenting on the benefits for fleets, founder Lucy Burnford said: ‘As our free and friendly brand takes hold, Motoriety’s fully transferable, digitally verified service history will hold higher regard among buyers than a flimsy A4 service print out that could easily get lost before auction.’
