Mitsubishi ASX ‘streamlined’ to single trim

The latest revision of Mitsubishi’s ASX is now available, bringing just one trim-level and enhanced design.

Mitsubishi 2019 ASX

The compact SUV – believed to be due for replacement by the Eclipse Cross – is now offered in just the ‘Juro’ trim, replacing the previous ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’ and ‘5’ specs, and designed to offer high specification, including 18-inch alloy wheels, LED DRLs, privacy glass, front fog lamps, keyless entry and go with start/stop button, climate control air conditioning, Grand Luxe upholstery with front seat heaters, cruise control, Mitsubishi Motors’ Smartphone Link Display Audio (SDA) with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto compatibility, DAB radio and a reverse camera. In fact, the only option available is metallic paint at £525 inc VAT.

As with the previous model, just one engine is offered – a 115bhp 1.6-litre petrol with NEDC Correlated figures of 155g/km and combined fuel economy of 41.5mpg – after diesel was axed from the range.

Prices for the 2019 ASX start from £19,195 OTR.
