Microlease signs up to salary sacrifice scheme
The adoption of the scheme enables Microlease to enhance its benefits programme for staff at its two locations in Harrow and Coventry and provide savings of around 30% for them while achieving significant National Insurance savings. It also allows the company to address CO2 emissions and contribute towards meeting its Duty of Care obligations.
Pendragon Contracts has designed the scheme to be simple to set up and provides a one-stop-shop for all drivers' needs, including servicing, insurance and VED. All employees have to do is put fuel in the car.
