Key senior management appointment at ARI
Ashley Jones, who joins the company from his previous position as business development manager at Total Accident Management, brings more than 25 years’ experience to ARI.
In his new role of risk and operations manager, he will lead the company’s accident and risk specialist team as well as managing the delivery of ARI’s road safety management programme, Riskmaster.
His appointment comes during a sustained period of investment by ARI and follows the launch of its new community programme in October and the recruitment of a new network development manager to strengthen its Masterserve Network.
ARI’s managing director, Keith Allen, said: ‘Our customers expect the highest calibre of service from our safety management teams. Through his mix of industry knowledge and experience, Ashley will deliver this service and help us in our effort to support customers managing increased levels of risk.’

Natalie has worked as a fleet journalist for over 20 years, previously as assistant editor on the former Company Car magazine before joining Fleet World in 2006. Prior to this, she worked on a range of B2B titles, including Insurance Age and Insurance Day.
