Jaguar XF Sportbrake revealed
Jaguar has taken the wraps off its second-generation XF Sportbrake, which is available to order now.

Priced from £34,910, the new estate is 6mm shorter than the previous XF Sportbrake but with a wheelbase that’s 51mm longer, bringing increased interior room.
Load space stands at 565 litres rising to 1,700 litres and the XF Sportbrake offers gesture foot control for the tailgate, a two-tonne towing capacity and self-levelling rear suspension.
The engine line-up includes a 161bhp Ingenium 2.0-litre turbo diesel with rear-wheel drive and both manual and automatic gearboxes – both versions offer official combined fuel economy of 62.8mpg with 118g/km for the manual and 119g/km for the diesel. There’s also a 178bhp verson of the 2.0-litre turbo diesel in automatic version with either rear-wheel drive (from 60.1mpg and 120g/km) or all-wheel drive (56.5mpg and 132g/km).
Further up the range, there’s a 237bhp 2.0-litre diesel and a 247bhp 2.0-litre petrol, followed by the range-topping 3.0-litre V6 diesel.
Features include a super-sized panoramic roof with a unblind that can be operated by gesture control, Driver Condition Monitoring to detect signs of tiredness, a waterproof Activity Key sport and Cabin Air Ionisation technology.
