The move, which forms part of the company’s plans for expansion, sees Evans take on responsibility for day-to-day business management and growth.

Meanwhile, Francis, who founded Jaama in 2004, takes on a more strategic approach to business expansion and long-term development of the company as chief executive. 

Evans, who spent eight years with fuel card provider and fleet management company owner the Harpur Group and then Car Fleet Control prior to joining Jaama in 2005, said: ‘Growth has been fuelled by a combination of the capability and ongoing evolution of our software system allied to the service and support we provide to customers.’
