Paua has expanded its EV charging card for fleets with the addition of InstaVolt’s rapid charging network.

By joining forces with InstaVolt, Paua’s users will now be able to access InstaVolt’s 1,200+ chargers at over 530+ locations

The tie-up adds more than 1,200 InstaVolt chargers at over 530 locations to the Paua charge card – the roaming network now covers some 32,000 charge point connectors at 11,000+ locations in the UK.

The collaboration aims to revolutionise rapid charging accessibility for EV drivers across the UK.

InstaVolt’s chargers are at sites close to or on the strategic road network and feature on-site amenities including Costa Coffee, Starbucks, McDonald’s and KFC.

In the last year alone, InstaVolt has grown its network by 45% and has already activated over 150 chargers this summer, helping to meet its target of installing 10,000 rapid chargers in the UK by 2030.

It’s also recently revealed plans to build a new EV charging ‘Super Hub’ near Winchester, as well as one of the largest charging facilities inside the M25 at Syon Park, Brentford, as part of its ongoing commitment to expanding the UK’s charging infrastructure.

Adrian Keen, CEO of InstaVolt, said: “With the rise in demand from corporate fleet users for a more resilient and supportive charging infrastructure, we are proud to be providing our customers with access to a growing number of charge points. With 99.9% charging reliability and 24/7 support for drivers, we know we’re giving our customers a solid option for charging.”

Niall Riddell, CEO & co-founder of Paua, added: “In the thrilling race towards a sustainable future, collaboration is key to igniting the electric vehicle revolution. Embracing this spirit, we’re absolutely thrilled to unite our forces with InstaVolt, a dynamic partner who shares our relentless vision of making EV charging a breeze for everyone. Together, we’ll charge ahead, breaking barriers, and empowering the world to embrace clean mobility with passion and ease!”
