Hummingbird Insurance Services joins Driving for Better Business scheme

Hummingbird Insurance Services (HISLTD) has partnered with National Highways’ Driving for Better Business (DfBB) scheme, reinforcing its ongoing commitment keeping road safety at the forefront of its activity.

DfBB is a free-to-access Government-backed National Highways programme, delivered in partnership with leading forum RoadSafe, that aims to improve road safety by promoting good management practices and demonstrating the benefits for organisations, their employees, contractors and other road users.

The DfBB programme has already registered more than two million drivers (including those owned by employees and driven for business), more than one million company cars (including those owned by employees and driven for business), more than one million light commercials vehicles and more than 200,000 HGVs.

Nigel Holmes for Driving for Better Business says: “Partnering with organisations that share our vision is inspiring and I’m especially pleased to welcome Hummingbird Insurance Services to the Driving for Better Business family to work together promoting good practice in road risk management, among its customers, helping everyone to get home safe and well. By becoming a partner, Hummingbird customers will have access to a range of free resources, guides and tools. These will help deliver significant benefits, both for the companies and their employees.”

“Partnering with Driving for Better Business (DfBB) embodies our commitment to our customer-centric values, focusing on risk reduction, premium cost savings, and bolstering the industry we hold in high esteem,” says Ben Peters of Hummingbird. “This alliance is a testament to our dedication to not just serve, but also to contribute meaningfully to the sectors we proudly support.”
