The ‘Managing Partner’ service is designed to provide cost savings and operational efficiencies for organisations with significant financial spend on short-term car and van rental.

According to the firm, net savings of over 15% can be achieved using multiple vehicle rental suppliers.

The service also includes a free initial consultation, which sets out projected financial savings and looks at key areas for improvement, including supplier performance management, policy restrictions and effective utilisation of rental management and reporting technology.

Following the consultation, a dedicated team is appointed to manage all aspects of the service provision. The team works closely with key stakeholders within the customer’s organisation to ensure a detailed process for supplier selection and appointment, followed by implementation of the proposed operational strategy.
