Fiat Tipo refresh introduces new Cross version
Fiat has updated its Tipo C-segment range with latest technology and engines as well as the addition of a new high-riding Cross version.
Fiat’s new ‘Cross’ Tipo crossover model
The new crossover-focused model joins the standard hatchback and station wagon and follows in the footsteps of the Panda Cross, bringing a higher ride height – up by almost 7cm – and beefier styling. The latter includes larger tyres and a revised front-end with a new grille design, prominent bull bar and the addition of roof bars for the Cross estate version.
The standard hatchback and estate have also been revised and gain a new exterior look with updated headlights, now with full-LEDs, refreshed bumpers and a redesigned grille, with the new Fiat badge.
Exterior updates bring a fully configurable 7-inch TFT digital cluster to replace the previous analogue instrument panel, a more ergonomic steering wheel and updated air conditioning controls.
More information on the new Tipo and Tipo Cross will be provided in November.
