Facelifted Jaguar XJ gets technology upgrades and new flagship model
Jaguar has enhanced the XJ for 2018 with a number of enhancements, including new technology and driver assistance systems as well as an updated performance flagship.

Available to order now, the 2018 range gets the latest Touch Pro infotainment system and 4G Wi-Fi. In addition, the central console now features a larger 10-inch touchscreen.
Driver assistance technologies now include Jaguar’s Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) with Pedestrian Detection, which operates from 3-37mph uses a forward-facing stereo digital camera to spot hazards, automatically applying the brakes when the risk of a collision is detected. Other technologies on offer include Forward Traffic Detection, which can help drivers when forward visibility is restricted, Lane Keep Assist and Driver Condition Monitor.
Engine range is carried over but the line-up gains a new XJR575 performance flagship model with a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged engine providing upgraded power from 542bhp to 567bhp, delivering a 0-62mph time of 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 186mph.
The 2018 XJ is available to order now, priced from £59,995 OTR.
