Ebbon-Dacs to help fleets further drive efficiencies in 2020
Oxford-based technology solutions provider, Ebbon-Dacs will place focus on continuing to drive efficiencies in customers’ businesses in 2020, aided by the development of new features in existing products, as well as launching totally new solutions.
Ebbon-Dacs director, Craig Gibbin said: “We all know that there are significant changes afoot in our sector. We feel there is increasing demand from businesses to find smarter ways to improve the efficiency of their processes in order to be ready for the challenges and opportunities that 2020 will present.”
As a result, Ebbon-Dacs is increasing its focus on getting closer to business customers to really understand the challenges and problems they are facing, with the formation of a new team and investment dedicated to this cause.
The Ebbon-Dacs team is already out in the market talking to customers, understanding their businesses better, where they are going and identifying the pain points that might exist in getting there, as well as helping suggest business process improvements that will make their business run more effectively.
This is as a result of its continued expansion into Europe, which has seen the establishment of operations in the Netherlands and Germany in recent years and the award of a significant pan-European supply contract by a major international leasing company, initially in France but to be followed by a roll-out in a number of other European countries.
And it’s just over a year now since the firm bought Licence Check to expand into the driver compliance sector.
Commenting on the plans for 2020, Craig Gibbin added: “The aim will be to provide enhanced and commercially viable new solutions that will help improve business efficiency. The sector is changing and we want to be seen as a supplier that has a deep understanding of the problems and issues that our customers face and respond by providing ever more valuable and relevant software solutions.”
