Drive iQ safety programme gets major new update for 2021
Drive iQ has launched a major new revision of its online driver safety and well-being programme for 2021, while also introducing more accessible pricing.
The new version of Drive iQ addresses latest driver safety challenges by offering new content formats, delivered on any device and suitable for all drivers
The annual programme assesses each driver and then targets them with bite-sized coaching modules, followed by a short quiz. On completion of the core modules, drivers receive their personal Drive iQ score, together with a certificate of completion. And to help them stay safe on the road, drivers receive a micro-module, with hints and tips every month.
Following extensive consultations with fleets and insurers, the programme has been further updated to introduce latest training topics.
Richard Hill, chief revenue officer, at Drive iQ said: “Our consultations with fleets and insurers revealed some very clear changes in terms of what employers are looking for to keep their employees safe on the road. The new version of Drive iQ addresses these challenges by offering new content formats, delivered on any device and suitable for all drivers.”
He added: “Furthermore, the increasing financial pressure that businesses find themselves under, has informed our decision to make Drive iQ as accessible and affordable to as many fleets as possible, by pricing it at just £5 per driver, per annum.”
