Dr Will Murray of IDS takes to two wheels to raise funds for Brake

Dr Murray, research director at the global fleet risk management solutions provider, has actively worked with Brake for the last 20 years after attending its launch event at the Houses of Parliament in 1995 and, thanks to his work at IDS, has been an active member and trustee of the charity for many years.

Now Dr Murray is to take to two wheels to help raise funds for the charity’s work on preventing road collisions and supporting bereaved or injured victims.

He commented: “At Interactive Driving Systems, we believe passionately about Brake's excellent work focusing on road safety communications, advocacy and victim support.

"Having actively worked with the charity over the last 20 years, I would now like to take this a step further by helping to raise some much-needed funds.

"As a regular cyclist since the early 1970s, this is a great opportunity to help generate funds for the charity, and focus attention on the benefits of the bicycle for both road safety and sustainable mobility.”
