Digital Innk enhances customer experience with six-figure investment

Fleet technology business Digital Innk has invested a six-figure sum in its customer service capabilities to enhance the fleet manager and driver experience.

Angela Montacute, CEO, Digital Innk

The investment will fuel the expansion of its customer service team and install the latest cloud technology to drive efficiency through the process.

It’s deployed V4 Cloud, a Coventry-based technology platform that combines telephone communications, advanced security and IT services, streamlining customer service and improving the customer experience.

CEO Angela Montacute said: “Using the latest technology to give customers a better experience is in our DNA at Digital Innk. By combining the best people, data and technology, we can operate more efficiently, drive down costs and give our customers a superior experience when they need us.

“In the current environment, it’s important that all companies look at how technology can be deployed to drive efficiencies in a flexible and scalable way.”

Research from US software giant PTC saw 40% of business executives say digital transformation helps them fulfil customer expectations more effectively, and 35% of executives say they plan to increase their investment in technology to gain a competitive edge.
