Vehicle supply and fleet management specialist CVM is targeting corporate fleets with its iLease personal leasing solution as it highlights the uncertainty in the salary sacrifice sector.

The Southampton-based firm, perhaps best known for its work in the SME market, has developed iLease to offer drivers the ability to quote their own personal lease vehicle lease via a web portal using a unique login whilst enabling firms to augment their staff benefits package.

The solution targets employees receiving a cash allowance although any employee can join the scheme. It costs nothing to join and offers no financial liability to the employer whilst the employee gains from the back-up and support of CVM’s dedicated call centre and industry partners.

There’s no deposit and employees simply agree a fixed price monthly rental they’re happy with for the duration of the agreement, which can be anything between two and four years and from 6,000 to 30,000 miles per year.

CVM added that it offers agreed discount terms with top manufacturers to ensure that iLease is able to offer some of the most competitive personal leasing rates found anywhere in the market today.

All iLease agreements include Vehicle Excise Duty, breakdown cover and free delivery anywhere in the UK. A comprehensive maintenance package covering vehicle servicing, repairs and tyres can also be included.

In addition, for employers currently using grey fleet vehicles, iLease can offer them a solution whereby they can now take all reasonable steps to ensure that the vehicle their employee is travelling in and for which they are ultimately paying for, albeit indirectly, is both legally roadworthy and safe.
