Citroën unveils new ë-SpaceTourer MPV

Citroën has revealed its updated ë-SpaceTourer MPV with a new front-end and design consistent with the new brand identity.

The new ë-SpaceTourer is more comfortable and more connected

Available in two lengths to accommodate up to nine passengers, the new ë-SpaceTourer is more comfortable and more connected with, in particular, a latest-generation infotainment system, and is even more practical with increased storage compartments.

The 136bhp motor continues to be offered with two types of lithium-ion battery. The 50kWh battery offers a range of 139 miles (WLTP), while the 75kWh battery, now offered for the first time in the UK market, offers a range of up to 217 miles (WLTP).

ë-SpaceTourer’s range can be further optimised thanks to the new three-stage regenerative braking system controlled by new paddles located behind the steering wheel, which can be adapted to the vehicle’s driving conditions and type of journey.

ë-SpaceTourer comes equipped with a 7.4kW onboard charger as standard and can be fitted with an optional 11kW three-phase charger. From a 7.4kW AC charger, the 50kWh battery can be fully recharged in 6 hours 40 minutes and the 75kWh battery in 11 hours 20 minutes. Using an 11kW AC charger, full recharge is achieved in 4 hours 50 minutes for the 50kWh battery and 7 hours 30 minutes for the 75kWh battery. With a 100kW DC rapid charger, it only takes 38 or 45 minutes to charge the battery from 0-80%.

Inside both the updated ë-SpaceTourer MPV, the new dashboard features a fresh design and more practicality, with a new 10-inch central HD touchscreen for extra functionality, and larger, more numerous storage compartments.

The central section of the dashboard features a new control interface that houses the gear selector and driving mode selector, as well as an enlarged storage area. The steering wheel is also new with a selection of integrated controls and the ability to be heated.
