Chevin User Meetings put focus on best practice and future software developments

The fleet management software specialist hosted events in Washington, DC and at Donington Park, Derbyshire, where themes included best practice and future software developments for Chevin’s FleetWave fleet management software.

“These user meetings are a critical forum to help us continuously improve our software, enhance our customers’ experiences and allow our clients to share their success and garner more value from our scalable software,” said Chevin managing director Ashley Sowerby.

“Chevin takes great pride in inviting clients to share their own ideas for product enhancement. Ideas collected often enter the future product roadmaps, and are always taken seriously.”

Feedback from attendees has been positive, with 94% of respondents saying that they would recommend future Chevin User Meetings to a colleague or associate.

“The strength of the attendees’ feedback shows that our User Group Meetings have provided a very effective way to connect with FleetWave users and ensure they are getting the most out of their software investment,” Sowerby concluded.

“Overall, this year’s events have been powerful demonstrations of how FleetWave can be used in many different ways, to help manage a truly varied assortment of vehicles, equipment and assets.”
