Cenex low-carbon vehicle and mobility events to return to Millbrook 2021

Cenex’s annual Low Carbon Vehicle and Connected Automated Mobility events are to return to Millbrook in 2021, in a move to catapult a post-Covid-19 green recovery.

The Cenex-LCV and Cenex-CAM events will return to their usual Millbrook venue in September 2021 after going virtual for 2020

Dubbed Cenex-LCV and Cenex-CAM respectively, the events will return to their usual Bedfordshire venue on 22-23 September next year, after going virtual for 2020.

Cenex said the online event format would offer an effective means of engaging UK and international audiences with low carbon and connected automated mobility themes.

But Robert Evans, CEO of Cenex, said the return to Millbrook in 2021 would bring support with getting Britain back to business and underpin a green recovery, showcasing the latest vehicle technologies.

“With governments across the globe pushing forward Net Zero agendas and the banning of new fossil fuel vehicles, now is the time to help speed up the development and rollout of zero-emission connected and automated vehicles. The LCV and CAM events provide fantastic platforms to showcase new and cutting-edge technologies, and debate challenges and opportunities for these ever-growing sectors,” he commented.
