BCA online sales hit new record in January 2020
BCA online trading volumes hit a new record in January 2020 following a 23% rise across the board.
BCA has reported a 23% rise across the board in digital trading volumes compared to January last year
In total, BCA sold over 36% of all vehicles during January via online and digital channels, which include BCA Live Online and BCA Buyer app as well as the e-Auction and Bid Now, Buy Now channels.
The firm also reported an increase of more than 20% year-on-year in the number of individual digital buyers purchasing vehicles, either through the BCA website or the BCA Buyer app. Furthermore, BCA Live Online sales are regularly attracting upwards of 500 buyers to compete with physical lane buyers to drive efficient auctions.
