Audi reveals facelifted A4 Saloon and Avant
The Audi A4 Saloon and Avant have been updated with sharper design features and enhanced equipment for the 2019 model year.
The 2019 Model Year A4 Saloon and Avant ranges get more kit and new design features
Due to start first deliveries towards the end of 2018, the refreshed models receive navigation as standard across the range while entry-level SE versions also get a seven-inch colour Driver’s Information System to replace the original five-inch monochrome version, an upgraded multi-function steering wheel with a wider range of functions, and auto-folding door mirrors.
The Sport specification gains four-way lumbar adjustment for the driver and front passenger seats as well as auto-folding door mirrors – which are also now included for S line and Black Edition models along with a high beam assist function.
Design changes see revised front and rear bumpers on the SE and Sport along with new side skirts, a new finish on the side air inlet grilles, a roof edge spoiler in Avant versions and a rear diffuser flanked by new look trapezoidal tailpipes. Sport models also upgrade to new, larger 18-inch wheels.
S line and Black Edition models get a 3D-look version of Audi’s ‘Singleframe’ trademark grille – SE and Sport models get a different version, while S line specification also gets larger, 19-inch wheels and a new S line diffuser at the rear.
The 2019 A4 models open for orders later this summer. Pricing will be announced closer to the date.
